MAKING SMALL SPACES GREAT PLACES

StreetBoxPHL works with community partners to build low cost safety and place making projects within the Right of Way (ROW).

We do this to test models, serve neighbors and community institutions, and improve one of it’s Philadelphia’s biggest public asset; the 29 square miles of city streets and sidewalks.

NAVIGATING RED TAPE

StreetBoxPHL worked with Bartram’s Garden, the Ralston Center, and APM to show how critical technical capacity is to make basic improvements for neighborhoods with the most need.

GROWING THE STREET BOX

StreetBoxPHL is working with Centennial Parkside, Impact Services, and Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corps to build a portfolio of Pedestrian Plazas, Parklets, and Bike Corrals, that serves as the nucleus of SBP’s programs.
